DISCLAIMER: By entering into a commission deal with me, you are assuming responsibility for having read, understood, and agreed to my Terms of Service, & I reserve the right to refuse any work or contact from anyone.

PAYMENTS I ACCEPT: Paypal or Ko-fi. Payments must be made is USD. All payments must be made BEFORE I begin your commission. Payments must also be confirmed by me before continuing with the commission.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS. It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will not fall through and I won't know about it. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and I know I absolutely haven't received the payment - then the 24 hour payment term applies to you.

IF YOU ARE BUYING A NSFW PIECE FROM ME: You must have proof of Identification proving that you are over the age of 18. I must either have a photo image of a valid driver's license or state ID that provides your birth date before I work on any NSFW commission. Otherwise I will decline the commission completely.

I am a United States citizen and abide by United States laws. Breaking this rule is extremely serious and will result in blacklisting/blocking on all social media, email, and any other means of contact. By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.

If requested: I do offer WIP [Work in Progress] images between the 3 stages of my art: The initial Sketch, Lineart and Flat Colored image before the commission is completed.

I offer a free one-time edit of your commission if there is anything wrong. You must provide me with Any/all things that must be edited. I will not allow edits for anything that you did not clearly express/state in your original commission information before I accepted/started work on your commission. I will also not allow edits for commissions that have requested and approved WIP shots. Any edit after the free one-time edit will have an extra $20.00 charge.

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only; Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.

Other Prohibited uses of my art include: Claiming as your own, Using my artwork as references for your own such as tracing or re-purposing bits and pieces of the image, and I do not allow my artwork to be used for AI Generators or NFTs.

PROHIBITED USE OF MY ARTWORK WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT BLACKLISTING AND BEING REPORTED.

Please do not commission me if you are at financial risk. Repeated immediate requests for a refund will result in being blacklisted.
